- Expired return window: If items are returned after the specified timeframe allowed for returns.
- Non-original condition: Items that are not in the same state as when they were delivered (e.g., used, altered, or damaged beyond normal handling).
- Incomplete packaging: Products missing their original packaging, tags, or accessories, or showing signs of damage that wasn’t present upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be original products, in their unopened or unused original packaging, and free from any damage.
2. How to Return Items
If you need to return multiple items—even if they were part of separate orders—you can conveniently combine them into a single return shipment. This helps simplify the process and reduces shipping hassle.
Critical requirement: When sending back your items, ensure that all required return forms are included in the shipment. These forms contain essential details (such as your order number, contact information, and reason for return) that allow us to process your refund accurately. Without these documents, we cannot guarantee timely or correct refund processing.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to verify they meet the return conditions. After successful inspection, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your return has been approved.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
If you used membership coupons or loyalty points to reduce the order cost, these will be automatically reinstated to the email account associated with your membership.
Please note: While we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider, and may occasionally take longer than our standard processing timeline.
